Shipping policy

Processing Times: 

• Standard Orders: All regular site orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
• Custom Orders: Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for processing. Processing time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. More detailed timelines will be provided upon inquiry.

Note: As each piece is handmade, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@firebirdcommunityarts.org within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll remake the piece or issue a refund.
